Join our legal firm based in Corowa, with a further office in Rutherglen.

We are looking for a full time Receptionist/Secretary, who will complement our highly motivated team.  Training for this position is available to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering telephone and returning calls
  • Monitoring emails
  • Scheduling and rescheduling client appointments
  • Maintaining online diary and message system
  • Receipting payments from clients
  • Typing letters and documentation
  • Assisting other staff members with overflow of work
  • Other administrative duties, such as filing, banking, maintaining reception area

  • Dictation typing with accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, pleasant and professional manner

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work in either our Corowa or Rutherglen offices.
