Demand Planner - Initial 12 month contract

Our Client

Is an established, growing supplier of online furniture for the residential markets across Australia. Est a few years ago they have achieved excellent growth and are looking to employ an experienced Demand Planner to improve planning, systems, processes and also coach the current Supply Chain team.

The Role

This 12 month contract position will see you improving the current demand planning systems and processes and coaching the current supply chain team to become experts in this system. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Demand Planner with strong data analytics experience who enjoys coaching and mentoring a small team.

Skills Required

We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the following;

  1. Previous Demand Planning experience in an E-Commerce business where you have improved and implemented planning systems, processes and trained staff on its use.
  2. Strong understanding of metrics, category performance and Google analytics.
  3. Previous people management experience a must.
  4. Superb attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong all round logistics and supply chain experience. 
  6. Similar experience working in furniture or FMCG desirable.
