Superb Civil Group is a successful and growing Civil Construction and Traffic Management company with a strong focus on Infrastructure and Utilities. Located in a newly renovated premises in Revesby with ambitious growth plans and exciting opportunities in the pipeline for both the business and employees.
This role is an integral part of the team, responsible for making a positive contribution to the work environment through being a strong advocate for the office culture, ensuring the smooth running of the office, including all Finance administrative needs and the provision of Human Resources/ Business Support activities, Assisting the bidding team with material pricing and suppliers, assisting the directors and managers with upholding the core values, growth plans and targets.
Previous proven experience in Finance / Accounting Administration, Process Development and Implementation as well as HR Generalist.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet multiple deadlines at once. An ability to think on your feet and find solutions for last minute changes. Experience within civil construction/trades or telecommunications would be preferred however flexible for the right candidate. You must be proactive and self-motivated with a determination to take on the role as your own utilising your previous experience to help us grow the business.
