WA Strata Management are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to join our award winning team, in our Bunbury office.  

Although full-time would be preferable, this role is also open to suitable applicants that may require a position during school hours only. 

Tasks will likely include, but are not limited to;

Opening & closing office, answering the telephone and assisting clients, responding to emails, mailing & banking, insurance claims & quotes, filing & archiving, accounts payable, issuing invoices and debt collection

Skills required;

 ~ Excellent communication polite and professional at all times

 ~ Organised and able to meet deadlines

 ~ Excellent time management sills

 ~ Exceptional customer service skills

 ~ Knowledge of real-estate would be ideal

 ~ Previous office and/or admin experience is essential

Fulltime work hours would be 8.30am 5.00pm Monday to Thursday & 8.30am 4.00pm on Fridays.

To be successful in this position you will be a dedicated team member with high attention to detail, demonstrate previous administration experience and strong computer skills including MS Office, internet, email and databases and have good numeracy and literacy skills. Previous experience in Realestate would be advantageous but not essential however office type experience is essential.
