We are seeking the services of a motivated and energetic Leader to manage our specialised team and work closely alongside architects, developers, builders, traffic engineers and private users to ensure the most cost effective and user friendly system is specified.

About the role

This pivotal role will report to the Group Corporate Manager. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Actively seeking, engaging and fostering the strongest possible relationships with suppliers and key customers. Understand and implement sales strategies for existing and new customers ensuring that the team are delivering on these objectives.

Expert negotiation skills.

Keeping abreast of products and services that customers require to meet their needs.

Having a strong focus on driving financial goals by liaising with key stakeholders and leadership, driving the P&L focusing on cost reduction, profitability and margin protection.

Ensuring best practice in manufacturing and sustainability in supply chain model for growth.

Owning and driving relative statutory requirements and working procedures and codes of practice.

Mentoring, coaching and leading a large team of people within the organisation.

Key skills:

You will be tertiary qualified in a business discipline. You will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in similar roles. Your desire for success ensures that you are always striving for the best possible outcome for the business.

To be successful you will need to be a passionate people leader that inspires people to achieve success.You possess excellent communication skills. Your sales expertise, stakeholder engagement and problem solving is where you excel.

You have the ability to develop strategy and implement change, coach and mentor your team, collaborate and make informed decisions quickly whilst driving sales and growth.
