Customer Care Consultant

A position has become available for a customer service consultant to join the team in our Canberra Branch. Experience is an advantage but not an essential attribute for the right person.

Your main duties would include

  • Outbounding-Contacting our existing customers
  • Inbound-Answering incoming calls
  • Renewing our customers annual services
  • Accurately obtaining and entering customer information
  • Scheduling jobs into our booking system
