Office Manager

The team at Bay Hand Therapy is comprised of Occupational and Physical Therapists specialising in the highest quality treatment of hand and upper-limb injuries and conditions. Bay Hand Therapy is a patient centric clinic where patients are our number one priority. 

Located in a small bayside shopping strip with other medical practices, cafe's, restaurants, convenience shops, etc.

No two days are the same! Your new role is to ensure the smooth running of the office and clinic on a daily basis, streamlining and overseeing each of the systems. You will manage activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area and keep management informed of the performance. You will be involved in many different aspects of the business including but not limited to: marketing, social media, HR, bookkeeping, liaising with staff, clients and suppliers, organising procedures, providing direct administrative support/front desk duties, supervising reception staff, and managing facilities.

  • Flexible part time position approximately 16-20 hours/week with potential to work some hours from home
  • Bayside location
  • Renumeration based on experience

Mandatory requirements:

  • Previous experience in Office Management (preferably medical/health services)
  • Knowledge and confidence with medical software (preferably Cliniko) and the Microsoft office suite
  • Billing systems experience
  • Xero experience
  • Marketing & Communications experience
