Permanent position (Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm)
Dayshelf Fire Systems are seeking a Full Time Sales/Service/Administration candidate with an immediate start.
Dayshelf requires an experienced candidate with exceptional administration and communications skills working within our Service/ Sales team and in providing optimum customer service working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues.
The Ideal Applicant will have and be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience working within a service industry
Proficient using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Ability to work in a fast paced position with a team to achieve common goals
Deliver superior service and professionalism to clients
Exceptional attention to detail
The ability to take ownership of task at hand
Managing telephone calls and follow ups
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Demonstrated experience in Sales, Customer Service and Administration
Problem solve and meet client expectations
The ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines
Excellent oral and written skills
