Dayshelf Fire Systems are seeking a Full Time Sales/Service/Administration candidate with an immediate start.

The Role

Dayshelf requires an experienced candidate with exceptional administration and communications skills working within our Service/ Sales team and in providing optimum customer service working closely with clients, contractors and colleagues.

The Ideal Applicant will have and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience working within a service industry
  • Proficient using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Database Experience
  • Asset Management
  • Ability to work in a fast paced position with a team to achieve common goals
  • Multi Task
  • Deliver superior service and professionalism to clients
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to take ownership of task at hand
  • Managing telephone calls and follow ups
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Sales, Customer Service and Administration
  • Problem solve and meet client expectations
  • The ability to work autonomously with a pro-active approach to managing deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written skills
