Reporting to the Head of Stakeholder Communications, you will join the small Communications team to facilitate key member communications and events initiatives, as well as provide high level administrative support in this dynamic and member focused environment.
You will be a self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills and posses a collaborative and continuous improvement approach to work. Your ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines is crucial.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Provide high-level support in member and key stakeholder communications.
Effectively plan and coordinate a range of external facing events.
Proactively liaise with member companies in sponsoring / hosting events.
Effectively coordinate the member renewal process.
Provide high level stakeholder engagement and communication to all member company representatives.
Provide high level support in the development of marketing and communication material and member information, including the weekly member bulletin.
Pre-requisites for the role:
Demonstrated experience in project or event coordination.
Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and proofing skills.
High competency in MS Office.
Professional and friendly manner, with the ability to build mutual and respectful relationships.
