Ongoing casual position with view to permanency, 2 to 3 Days per week, City fringe location.

Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist, for 2 to 3 days per week, to join their team. The successful candidate will join a friendly team that is located on the city fringe. This is an ongoing casual position with the view to permanency.

Duties include and are not limited to:

  • General Reception duties in a busy environment - including answering all calls, greeting clients and making appointments
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Ordering stationary
  • Maintaining meeting room
  • Collation hard copy and electronic client documents
  • Database management
  • Processing incoming mail from ATO and ASIC correspondence
  • Booking tax work to accountant,
  • ATO lodgments
  • Preparation of client newsletter

As a Receptionist, it's expected that applicants possess the following:

  • Be reliable and well presented
  • Have accurate and quick data entry skills
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience using Outlook and Xero Practice Manager

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience in a Receptionist position in an accounting environment.
