Dracula's Cabaret Restaurant is looking for an experienced Accounts/Admin Assistant to work as a backup and support for our Admin/Payroll Officer.

Broadbeach based position

Minimum 2 days a week - with the flexibility to do additional hours to cover other team members leave or as and when required

Duties include but not limited to:
Count daily takings & reconcile floats
Invoice entry into Xero Accounting & stock system
Creditor's reconciliations and processing of payments
Some debtors invoicing and collection of payments
Credit card reconciliations
Banking
Filing, scanning & general clerical duties
Payroll when Payroll Officer on leave


The ideal candidate:
Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll and HR Administration
MS Office skills with proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook required
Xero Accounting software experience desirable but not essential
A sound knowledge of creditor reconciliations
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and organised
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Good judgement
