Wizard needs to add a dynamic, overachieving, outgoing person to our Canberra team 2 days a week. The quality of person is as important as their skill set. We want you if you are personable, quick at picking up things, good at helping people make the right decision. You need to understand KPIs and be driven to meet and exceed these by spotting and closing every opportunity.
Wizard Corporate Training is a National Training Provider and a leader in the Australian market, providing training solutions to a wide range of Government and corporate clients. Wizard has a large pool of Government and Corporate clients across Australia.
Our new addition would preferably have a minimum of 2 years sales experience. This person is able to build and maintain relationships, spot opportunities, and sell a solution to a need. This role will be made up of 80% account management in the form of client relations, building existing clients' spend, and 20% sales admin, organising resources for the sales that have been made and placing orders. You will need to be self motivated, goal orientated, have excellent presentation and communication skills. You will have outstanding relationship building and time management skills. You independently succeed but can work with the team for the common goal. You need to be a driven, outgoing individual.
Your daily activity could include: Daily phone work to contact clients, new and existing Managing and growing existing clients Communicating with your clients on a regular basis to identify and build solutions Create and build new relationships
This role is numbers based and works to KPIs. You need to understand KPIs and have a track record of exceeding in previous roles.
