Centre Administrator

Catholic Church Early Years Inc is seeking an experienced Centre Administrator for our early learning centre at Parafield Gardens.

As the first point of call for our families you must be welcoming, approachable and willing to provide administrative support.

This appointment is part-time (0.6 FTE) in a job share role 3 days a week (Wednesday to Friday) from 10.00 am 6.00 pm; (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break) with availability for additional hours, when required, and potential to become full time. This role is proposed to commence on 4th January 2021. An above Award salary is offered.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in providing superior customer service and administrative support, preferably in a comparable environment. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a successful Working with Children Clearance (WWCC) and must have or will be willing to complete a First Aid ACECQA approved qualification that includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis and Responding to Abuse and Neglect training.
