White Top Venues is a unique concept in the wedding and events industry, having noticed the stress that can arise from a wedding, we sought out to change the way a couple approach their dream wedding day. Our goal is to provide every couple with a seamless and stress-free experience from their initial enquiry through to their Wedding Day. Creating mobile venues across VIC and NSW whilst working exclusively with some of the regions most prestigious Estates and Private Properties where we create Corporate Events and Stunning Weddings. Our experienced team plan and execute your event, on your private property or at one of our exclusive event spaces.
Due to the expansion of White Top Venues, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team. With a strong focus on the client experience, you will need to be a driven individual who is excited by the chase of an end-to-end sales journey.
As the Sales Manager you will report to the CEO; overseeing all sales, maintaining existing client relationships and fostering new relationships, as well as being responsible for cultivating new business. You are expected to develop and execute functional strategies and drive sales, gross margins and profitability.
Knowledge and passion for the weddings and events industry would be desirable, but not necessary.
Key roles and responsibilities include;
Managing all sales enquiries and their journey to conversion
Organising site inspections to prospective clients
Ensuring that potential sales leads are diligently managed and followed up
Creating new Leads and converting into new business
Managing equipment in warehouse to maximise hire time
Lead, develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders; including venue managers, owners and event planners
Implementing a sales strategy that will lead to achieving the Wedding and Event sales budget
Conducting research and actively identifying potential new business and sales leads
Maintaining the current sales database and administration, and looking for ways to improve current systems
To be successful in this role you will be:

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise high volume workload
