Job Description

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrator on a casual basis to provide receptionist duties and administration assistance in a professional, courteous, diligent and efficient manner. The role is an integral part of the team to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations of the office. This role is the first line of contact for ongoing customer service. The role is a well balanced mix of reception, client service and administration. Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting both clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Assistance in preparation of reports and proposals
  • Monitoring the main email address and actioning emails as required
  • Organising inspections on behalf of the engineers
  • Creating jobs upon receiving approval from clients
  • General data entry and filing duties
  • Assisting with ordering and receiving kitchen supplies
  • Providing administrative support as required

Ideally you will have the following skills:

  • Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
  • High standard of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • The ability to self check your own work
  • A natural ability to be helpful and friendly to clients and staff
  • Be well groomed and professionally attired
