An exciting opportunity is available in our Adelaide office for an Administration Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
We seek an experienced multi-tasker who can confidently provide rostered and ad-hoc cover for a busy switchboard and reception desk, in addition to a range of client focused duties.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Reception as rostered and as required - including switchboard, incoming and outgoing mail, client greeting and hospitality
- Internal mail rounds each afternoon
- Supporting the Senior Personal Assistant as directed regarding building maintenance issues / queries.
- Providing assistance to our Administrative teams with scanning and processing of ASIC and ATO correspondence as required
- Database maintenance as directed.
The hours of work for this position are 1:00pm – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Your ‘can do’ approach will be critical to success in this role. This role may suit those looking to gain experience in a professional services environment, or seeking flexibility with your morning time.
