The Service Operations of the John Hughes Group offers the support and knowledge base of multiple franchises not limited to mechanical, road side assistance, mobile tyre fitment and battery call out. All together this support compliments the services offered by our mobile servicing team.
As a successful candidate you will work in a Full time role to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained whilst scheduling technician availability to meet department KPIs and expectations. Your aim will be to maintain and build client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction. Contact will involve timely lead management, phone support and accurate execution. Your data entry and MS skills will complement the administration demands for B2B scheduling, partnered with the daily data management and payment processing. The role involves supporting the office needs for the mobile mechanic team and various administration duties such as invoicing, receipting, report management whilst growing your knowledge with current manufacturer requirements.
