Perdaman Advanced Energy was founded in 2008 to fast-track the transition of a 100% clean energy power system. Our mission was and remains making greenhouse gas reductions profitable for participants in the energy market via the adoption of clean energy technologies.
Perdaman Advanced Energy is a full-service clean energy company working across Australia. We are consultants, project developers, and asset managers providing smart energy management and the distributed generation under one independent roof working across government, not-for-profit organisations, commercial and industrial property owners.
The main responsibilities for this role are:
Support a team of Project Managers in the establishment, maintenance and finalisation of financial management activities for an assigned project
Provide support for procurement by managing documentation.
Raising and processing purchase orders and goods receipts
Liaise with management, internal and external service providers and other stakeholders in the preparation of project reports relating to project performance
Carry out project administration work as and when required including meeting logistics and travel arrangements.
Generate high-quality project documentation, including reports and presentations, using MS Office Suite.
Provide document control across projects, including folder and site creation; file naming, versioning and filing according to policy; managing Document Transmittals and Requests for Information (RFI); and archiving of hard copy files.
Provide project SharePoint project site development and maintenance.
Investigate and obtain information in relation to requests for project information.
Produce Work Instructions and contribute to process improvements.
Project completion, documentation, Quality management and updating management information system daily.
The successful candidate must have:
Proven 2 -3 years of experience in project administration
The solar background is highly regarded
Have excellent attention to detail
Be a strong communicator both written and verbally
Be organised and have the ability to prioritise work effectively
Be able to effectively engage, influence and negotiate with relevant stakeholders within the business
