Salary package Range: $108,926 – $117,249 plus superannuation and salary packaging

About the Role
We are looking for someone who can 'hit the ground running', an experienced Business Manager whose focus is working collaboratively with senior managers to ensure that the Hospital’s financial and clinical information adds value to the planning, performance monitoring and decision making processes as well as enhancing the effective management of the Hospital’s resources and return the maximum benefit to the patient. Specifically we are looking for a Business Manager who is able to:
Build strong, collaborative relationships with organisational managers at all levels
Develop internal budgets and forecast models
Provide financial and performance reporting to stakeholders
Assist organisational managers to maintain budget integrity and ownership
Identify and implement efficiency and effectiveness measures to the business management function
What you will bring
You will be an experienced Business Manager with:
Highly developed financial leadership qualities
Ability to interpret complex information and provide innovative skills and solutions.
Demonstrated ability to support the management for the development and monitoring of budgets.
Ability to monitor and analyse activities, resources and financial outcomes.
Exceptional communication, relationship building, and networking skills
Ability to provide reliable, effective and timely advice and recommendations in relation to business management and service delivery issues (including financial and non-financial) within a large multidisciplinary and diverse service delivery organisation.
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Intermediate Microsoft excel skills and experience with various financial packages
Strong analytical capability
Finance, Accounting and Business related degrees and/or relevant qualifications (i.e. CPA, CA, MBA)
Prior Healthcare industry experience.
