Service Support Officer Reporting to the Service Manager

What's involved in the role
We are seeking a Service Support Officer ensuring that MHA Cares services and supports are coordinated and delivered in a timely manner, which meet customer, organisational, funding and service standard requirements.
To be successful you will need to be organised with a customer service focus, flexible in a fast-paced environment and well-developed oral and written communication skills.
While a previous experience in coordinating the delivery of services and developing staff rosters is in our essential criteria, what is also important are the attributes that you possess that speak to our values. We want our clients to have a great experience with our people, and our people need to have a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the client wants.
