Payroll Advisor

This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative HR team in a growing business as a Payroll specialist. You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager and will be working closely with the complete HR team and senior stakeholders in the business. The role is based in their office in North Sydney and there is the opportunity to work from home.

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing the fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Assisting the payroll manager with pay runs
  • Updating and maintaining the different HR systems
  • Advising senior stakeholders on enterprise agreements
  • Responding to payroll queries from employees

To be successful in this role you have extensive experience with payroll and you are able to run a full payroll cycle independently. You have experience using different Payroll systems and you have ideally worked with a time and attendance system before. You are detail-oriented, you can pick up new systems quickly and you are available on short notice for at least 3 months.
