Energus is currently looking for a solar project engineer for our growing medium EPC business in the solar industry.
The engineer will report to the principal engineer and will be responsible for various engineering and project related tasks including, but not limited to:
Designing a complete solar system from feasibility report to handover
Assisting project managers and project team with technical and engineering support
Maintaining engineering related records in respect to each project
Troubleshooting solar systems on-site or remotely together with operation team member
Quality and compliance check for all system installed as per respective AS standards.
The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants must have:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Renewable Energy Engineering)
2 years or more relevant solar design and engineering experience
CEC Solar Design accreditation
Advanced Microsoft Office and report making skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience with designing system for construction or retrofit projects
Ability to effectively complete tasks independently or in group
