The Role

Due to rapid growth an opportunity now exists in our company for an experienced part-time office administrator. This is a newly created position that will allow you to make the role your own. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role of Office Administrator will be responsible for all operational aspects of the office from basic administration to implementing system improvements. This role is perm part-time position with opportunity to work the days and hours that suit you and your family.


  • Accounts payable function process a high volume of invoices through XERO
  • Workplace Health & Safety record keeping
  • Basic HR Administration
  • Compliance reporting
  • Basic bookkeeping reconciling data entries in XERO
  • Accounts receivable reconciliation in XERO
  • Ordering stationary
  • General office duties


  • 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience using XERO including payroll function is a must
  • HR & WHS Admin experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working in a construction or building environment highly desirable
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Ability to identify and implement process and system improvements
  • High level of attention to detail & initiative
