Project Coordinator - Residential Aged Care

About the Role
Reporting to and working very closely with the General Manager Residential Aged Care (RAC), you will be the link between the business and all major stakeholders on several transformational projects across this space.
You will  work closely with subject matter experts in data, systems and reporting, People and Culture and Business Intelligence and facilitate all lines of communication between the various stakeholders.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that project logistics and documentation are coordinated across specific RAC projects and assist with the portfolio plan, including timelines, deliverables and performance measures. You will provide accurate and timely reports on those project plans and activities.
This role is being offered as a fixed term 12-month contract, in line with the expected duration of these Projects.
About you

Your formal qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Project Management or Data & Analytics will be highly regarded, though it is your experience in a similar role that will be most beneficial to success in the role.
You bring the personable skills and flexibility of an Executive Assistant with your strong project skills, to maximise your impact in this role.
You are proactive and can quickly and easily identify project risks and know when to escalate them.
Your communication skills enable you to work with tact and diplomacy and at the right level from senior leadership to frontline staff.
Importantly, you will mirror our values of Customer Satisfaction; Accountability; Continuous Improvement and Teamwork in all aspects of your work.
