We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us in a Full Time role as an Operations Support Specialist based in our Corporate Service Centre in Kingscliff, NSW.

What youll do

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the operational needs of the business, inclusive of:
    • Review and process of payments and transactions;
    • Processing of direct entry;
    • Completion of required reporting;
    • Review and verification of Netbanking transactions.
  • Respond to and resolve general enquiries from the Financial Service Centre network and customers ensuring the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Ensure all customer interaction, internal and external meets SCCU 5 Star Customer Service Principles.
  • Coordinate records, databases and reports, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies.
  • Adhere to bank policy and procedures.
  • Meticulous accuracy and detail, in particular regard to customer records.
  • Engage and contribute to continuous improvement and workflow efficacy.

 

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar operations or administrative role with a background in Financial Services / Banking Industry desirable.
  • Self-directed, motivated team player who is skilled at managing their time and workload
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Advanced skill in MS suite of products, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of organisation
  • Confidence and flexibility to take on any task
