Providing field service support, shutdown crews, short term and ongoing rostered support to keep your operations running smoothly. With business relations accelerating throughout Western Australia, PMG is now searching for a Field Service Co-Ordinator. 

The Role

As the Field Service Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for building relationships and executing the activities of the Field Service and Shutdown Teams to deliver quality diagnostic, maintenance and repairs for the success of our extensive customer group.
The role is based in the Head Office in O’Connor, Western Australia with the occasional site visit.  We are ideally looking for someone who is a forward thinker and who brings innovative ideas to the team. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Strategically implementing work schedules for clients and employees, including but not limited to travel logistics and planning documentation
  • Planning work fronts efficiently to deliver quality outcomes
  • Preparing on-boarding documentation in line with site requirements
  • Booking pre-employment and updated medicals as well as reviewing results
  • Maintain employee and asset records within company system
  • Manage all asset servicing, tracking, and repairs
  • Updating work instructions and analysing client needs and identifying opportunities for future growth
  • Maintaining and building on existing and new business relationships at a corporate level


 
To be eligible for the above mentioned position, you must meet the following criteria

  • Planning and scheduling experience (desirable)  
  • 2+ years experience in site administration / mobilisation (desirable)
  • Previous mining / civil constructions industry experience
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • 2 successful reference checks
  • Police Clearance (mandatory for some sites)
  • Strong leadership capabilities as well as strong analytical skills
  • The ability to develop strong relationships at a senior level with both current and potential clients and employees
  • Competent at conducting client and employee meetings
