Assets and Rostering Coordinator

The Role

You will be assisting the Assets and Logistics team to ensure a smooth day to day operation of the Detector Inspectors fleet of vehicles, rostering, and stock/tool allocation.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Manage vehicle insurance end-to-end including registration, ongoing tracking/payment & claim/incident management.
  • Manage technician rostering including creation, ongoing management, and liaison with technicians, to achieve monthly capacity goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the vehicle fleet including technician assignment, servicing, toll management, registration, repairs & fit out.
  • Moving/pickup of vehicles, so a valid drivers license is required.
  • Manage stock & tool allocation including unpacking/organising stock, running stock takes, and allocation to technicians.
  • Assist technicians where required (Vehicle, Roster, Tools, Uniform).
  • Manage the delivery of any other general admin or assets functions as requested, including fuel card setup, management & allocation, toll tags etc.
  • Take initiative to continuously improve Assets & Logistics Services.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a similar role/industry.
  • Previous rostering experience highly regarded.
  • Comfortable using a variety of office software such as spreadsheets, emails and databases.
  • Valid and current Drivers License.
  • Permanent Residency in Australia, or appropriate visa to work permanently.
