About the Role:

We're looking for a talented content maker to support the development of our Corporate and Internal Communications function.

If you're a motivated self-starter with a passion for crafting compelling stories this is the job for you.

You will play a pivotal role in keeping our diverse, nation-wide crew inspired, engaged, and informed about important business initiatives and supported through organisational change.

Using your strategic mind, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing communications campaigns, producing content and evolving our communication channels.

If you were here yesterday these may be some of the things you would have been doing:

  • Liaising with key stakeholders in the business to identify communications needs and develop communication strategies.
  • Producing clear and targeted communications content for a range of audiences.
  • Supporting leaders across the business to engage effectively with their teams.
  • Maintaining digital communication platforms and enhancing the ways our crew connect and collaborate.
  • Learning about cool things like automation and service innovation, and finding ways to celebrate our crew and the benefits we bring our customers.

Keen to get involved You'll just need some of the following:

  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling stories.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing outcome-focused communications strategies for a range of audiences.
  • Digital and multimedia production skills will be highly regarded.
  • The confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels.
  • An eye for detail, curious mind and nose for a good story.
  • Experience managing digital communication platforms such as SharePoint and Yammer will be highly regarded.
  • University Degree in Communications/Public Relations or an adjacent field, or at least two years' experience in a similar role.
