Customer Success Specialist

This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about the customer journey. You will be the customer’s main advocate and advisor, influencing key decision-makers and developing a partnership based on trust.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships and act as a trusted/strategic advisor with each assigned client
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their on-boarding, success, and retention
  • Oragnising product demonstrations with senior stakeholders & decision makes in the business
  • Managing the live chat function
  • Lead generation
  • Documenting your progress on Hubspot CRM

This is a permanent position based in Sydney.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience
  • Strong verbal skills, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
  • Hubspot CRM experience and a SaaS background is a bonus!
