Modern group is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Service Manager to join our Installation team in South Australia within the Roller Shutter and Outdoor Blind division.
This role would be suitable for an experienced Customer Service Manager who has achieved a 5 Star Google ranking in previous positions, preferably someone has previously worked in the window furnishing industry although this is not a pre-requisite to be considered for the role.
As the Service Manager, you will:
Respond to customer enquires via email and phone.
Problem solve with customers and internal trades
Differentiate between warranty and service calls
Realise Sales and Service Budgets
Coordinate suitable times to complete rectification works
Allocate and oversee trades people
Update databases for accurate record keeping
Perform general administration tasks
Support other departments
The successful applicant will also have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A warm and approachable manner
At least two years-experience in a Customer Service Managers role
