About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fun and energetic team with highly supportive management. PAC is searching for a permanent part time (30 hours per week) Scheduling & Client Liaison Officer to work in our Care Support Team and support our Home Care Service. The key responsibilities of this role are to develop and maintain master rosters, including allocating and rostering staff. You will communicate and work with approved brokerage agencies to fill roster vacancies and meet client needs in consultation with Managers and Coordinators. The Scheduling & Client Liaison Officer will roster using computerized systems and support accounts payable and other billing processes.
Please note: This position is based at our charming Ashfield office.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in scheduling of rosters or demonstrated transferable skills (training will be provided)
Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent telephone manner and effective communication in both written and verbal communication
Tech savy with experience using Microsoft office applications
Experience in administrative support
High level of organisation skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
Experience in general accounting support
Knowledge and experience in Aged Care industry
