You will take responsibility for the daily performance and and management of the office and administrative processes and be able to easily identify and recommend improvement opportunities. 

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Overseeing and improving the Customer Service Experience.
  • Coordinating logistics and transport 
  • Some Human Resources responsibilities
  • Managing documentation
  • Cross-checking Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining clear and organised customer records.
  • Varied administration tasks as needed
