Sales Administrator

Renee Morgan Realty is a boutique agency in Miami/Burleigh which prides itself on personal service.  We are willing to train the right candidate to grow into the role of Sales Administrator/Office Organiser to allow our sales staff to operate efficiently, while you take care of the details - 

  • No weekend work!
  • Prepare Forms 6, Contracts, order Disclosures, liaise with solicitors
  • Coordinate marketing, brochures, web listings
  • Maintain social media
  • Database management
  • Maintain stationery, kitchen, boardroom
  • Providing general administrative support to the sales staff

About You:

  • Hold current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Drivers Licence
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Highly organised with high-level attention to detail 
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
  • Motivated to excel, with a strong initiative
