Receptionist / Office Assistant



This Role will hold a variety of daily responsibilities which include, but are not limited to the following;

The position is currently 5 days a week Mon- Fri , Hours 8.30am-5pm


  • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and general email enquiries.
  • Collating staff time-sheets-data entry onto client job cards
  • Completing customer quotes and memorandums.
  • Manage customer contact mail out electronically.
  • Organizing mobilization/induction of employees
  • Arranging metro/domestic couriers, taking receipt of deliveries
  • Entering data in Excel, Access and Word documents.
  • Maintain good filing system for all company records.
  • Binding, Scanning and laminating for others
  • Maintaining stationary levels and purchasing as such req'd.
  • Maintaining amenities cleanliness
  • Providing a high level of support to the Managing Director and Managers
  • Providing assistant to Factory supervisors and Internal Accounts Dept.


Your experience and skills must include the following;

  • Experience with MYOB accounting program.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS office suite applications (Excel, Word and Power point).
  • Strong numerical and literacy skills.
  • Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills.
  • Good all round office skills.
  • Loyal and experienced team worker.
  • Answering and screening phone calls
