Bill Lyons Solicitors is a well established law firm based in Caloundra which practices in the areas of Conveyancing, Wills, Estates and Personal Injury.
Experience with MYOB is essential and an understanding of Trust Accounting would be advantageous, however not essential.
Our ideal candidate will be able to manage all bookkeeping aspects of the firm, process payroll, reconcile the Trust Account and actively participate in Queensland Law Society audits.
The role works closely with the Principal Solicitor and you will from time to time be required to step in to an Office Administration position which will involve, but is not limited to:-
- Conducting file performance reviews of other staff members;
- Assisting in marketing ventures;
- Precedent updates;
- Costing of files; and
- Ensuring all aspects of the office run smoothly.
The role is advertised as being a full time position however adjustments can be made for the right candidate.
