Fairview Plumbing and Gas are looking for an admin officer all-rounder who can work autonomously and as a part of a small team at our office located in Oonnor. The ideal candidate will be ensuring the day to day operations of the business is running smoothly and the plumbers have their daily schedules up to date with jobs scheduled.
We need an individual with a can-do attitude who gets in and gets the job done whilst also demonstrating initiative and drive to develop and grow the role.
Your day to day duties will include:
Managing incoming emails and phone calls
Managing our job management system (Simpro)
Booking in and managing daily job schedules for our busy team
Entering costs and invoices into job management system
Invoicing service jobs
Following up overdue invoices
Other daily ad-hoc administrative tasks to keep the office ticking
Previous experience using various job management/project management software (Simpro experience highly favoured).
Have previous experience working in a trade / service business
Microsoft Office proficient
Previous phone-based customer service skills
Excellent communication and a polite and friendly phone manner
Previous diary and email management
Proven ability to work autonomously
Ideal but not essential criteria:
Basic Bookkeeping experience desirable
Experience using Xero accounting software
