Personal Assistant/Administration Officer

Our client is currently looking for a hardworking and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy organisation with great opportunities for the right candidate.

Your new role

The role will initially be on a casual basis with an estimated 30 to 38 hours per week. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Personal Assistant to the director
  • Public Relations Officer
  • Bookkeeping including paying bills. Xero experience is preferred but not essential
  • Setting up and liaising with statutory bodies for power, water, internet etc.
  • General communication in relation to our client's businesses

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role you will have excellent verbal and written skills, be self-motivated, committed and resourceful, highly organised and committed to meeting deadlines, ability to work autonomously when required and strong attention to detail. Bookkeeping experience using Xero is preferred but not essential.
