Sales Administrator

Ray White Birkdale requires a full time Administrator to assist their busy Sales & Property Management office.

 

Duties will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls with a pleasant and professional manner
  • Collecting the mail daily
  • Daily banking & reconciliations
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Preparation of contracts
  • Marketing of properties
  • Data entry
  • End of month reporting
  • Monitoring and ordering of all stationery, kitchen and office supplies
  • Plus a broad range of adhoc duties as they arise

The Successful Candidate Must have:

  • High attention to detail
  • An outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Present in a professional manner
  • Good computing skills
  • Be able to work as a team and as an individual when required
