We are currently looking for a Stores Officer to be based at our Brooklyn Plant located 15 minutes west of the Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager your brief is simple, develop, deliver and maintain a sustainability program for the business.
Receipt and dispatch of equipment.
Overall stock control and spares management
Label and arrange stock as specified
Provide assistance to the maintenance teams
Maintain store order & cleanliness
Monitoring SAP system
Other general stores duties as required
Support the Purchasing Officers & Inventory Controllers as required.
Experience in cycle counting/stocktakes
Must be available for an afternoon shift
Must be flexible with shift times when coverage is required
Strong track record of achievement gained within a busy stores/warehouse environment.
Previous experience in stock management
Intermediate computer literacy
SAP experience highly regarded
Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Current drivers licence
Weekend OT where applicable
