Job Description

Our National Management team is looking for an experience General Manager achieve and maintain operational excellence for Energy, Projects and Marine Logistics business, ensuring high customer satisfaction, increased productivity and maximum profitability.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Increase business opportunities and profitability by developing a strong business pipeline for projects and oil & gas logistics 
  • Tender / RFQ ownership,  preparation and submission 
  • Act as an escalation point for all allocated customers ensuring a strong focus on customer growth and retention

Your skills and experiences

  • 8+ years experience in Freight Forwarding with a focus on Project Logistics
  • 5+ years of demonstrated successful business development
  • Strong commercial acumen   
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts on internal and external board level
  • Strong problem solver and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent verbal communication, zoom and email skills
