CBCS is committed to providing high quality care to the aged residents living in our ageing-in-place and independent living facilities in Sydneys North West and Newcastle. We are seeking to appoint a Client Services Officer who is able to work part time in a job-shared position for 3 weekdays (7.6 hour per day) at our Carinya House Aged Care Facility.
This is a frontline and hands on role with the main focus being the provision of excellent client service to potential and existing residents and families.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent multi-tasker and problem-solver. You will have developed the ability to professionally liaise with all stakeholders, demonstrated drive and initiative, plus effective computer, administration and time management skills. As a key member of a small team you will ensure a superior customer experience in all interactions. Knowledge and experience working in a residential aged care setting, in particular the management of new resident enquiries, placement and the admission process will be highly regarded.
