An opportunity is available to join a dynamic Building Company based in Brisbane Southside at Shailer Park. We are seeking a qualified Office All-Rounder to join our professional and friendly team.
The successful applicant will need to be a team player, experienced in all aspects of Office Administration and able to assist all team members to manage multiple trades and services to meet strict KPI's. A friendly demeanor is a must to fit in and be part of our team environment with a strong work ethic and the confidence to make decisions under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Management and delivery of Government Contracts
Prioritising needs of our clients and workloads to meet KPI's
Maintaining notes and document control on all projects
Working closely with the Administration Team, Contract Supervisors, Operations and Accounts Team
Building and maintaining relationships with our Clients, Tradesmen, Contractors and Suppliers
Receiving and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
Manage incoming and outgoing emails where required
Formatting and creating of various documents
Preparation of Pricing and Quotations
Wide range of general office duties and tasks within the team
The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under high pressure at times.

Ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy
Strong work ethic and confidence to make decisions under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
Professional appearance at all times
Experience with SimPRO/ Xero an advantage
The position is Full Time on salary, the hours of work are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Salary is subject to experience.
