An opportunity is available to join a dynamic Building Company based in Brisbane Southside at Shailer Park. We are seeking a qualified Office All-Rounder to join our professional and friendly team.

The successful applicant will need to be a team player, experienced in all aspects of Office Administration and able to assist all team members to manage multiple trades and services to meet strict KPI's. A friendly demeanor is a must to fit in and be part of our team environment with a strong work ethic and the confidence to make decisions under pressure with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Management and delivery of Government Contracts
  • Prioritising needs of our clients and workloads to meet KPI's
  • Maintaining notes and document control on all projects
  • Working closely with the Administration Team, Contract Supervisors, Operations and Accounts Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our Clients, Tradesmen, Contractors and Suppliers
  • Receiving and directing phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails where required
  • Formatting and creating of various documents
  • Preparation of Pricing and Quotations
  • Wide range of general office duties and tasks within the team

The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under high pressure at times.

  • Multitasker who is capable of role changing when required
  • Experience and capability in leadership roles
  • High level of Microsoft Office knowledge and experience
  • Ability to perform data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and confidence to make decisions under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
  • Professional appearance at all times
  • Experience with  SimPRO/ Xero an advantage

The position is Full Time on salary, the hours of work are 7.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Salary is subject to experience.
