Building Contract Manager & Administrator

Part time role required for boutique smaller Building Company working in a friendly team environment. Candidates who apply herein must be familiar with and proficient in the following:

  • Management of building works contract documentation including:
    • Preparation of building works contracts
    • Variation documentation and management
    • Extension of time documentation and management
    • Project cost control and tracking 
    • Commercial and residential building contracts
    • Meeting and managing contract paperwork obligations generally

 

  • Conversing and liaising with site building supervisors when required
  • Draft preparation of project schedules/timelines
  • Preparation of expression of interest and OH&S documentation
  • Management and organisation of local authority applications and submissions
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Preferred knowledge of MYOB
  • Preferred previous experience in the building industry
