About Apprenticeship Support Australia Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA) was formed in 1998 to deliver the Australian Apprenticeship Support Network services under a contract from the Commonwealth Government. ASA’s services are focused on lifting apprenticeship commencement and completion rates through the provision of support at every stage of the training cycle. About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic people-oriented individual to join our team.
Key tasks will include:
Process Federal Government incentive claims
Complete accurate data entry and maintain relevant databases.
Provide claims advice to clients as per Federal Guidelines.
Refer callers on to further internal and external services.
Other general admin duties as required.
We are recruiting for two full time, temporary positions ending June 2021.
About you We are looking for someone who has:
Intermediate computer skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent phone skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work to KPIs
Strong time management skills, with the ability to work fast-paced and to time-critical deadlines
To be successful you must be able to obtain a clear Federal Police Clearance and Working with Children’s check.
