Bankstown Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre is looking for a creative Marketing Assistant that is social media savvy and enjoys coordinating social media posts.
Within our fast-paced and exciting environment, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for a number of tasks that will contribute to the completion of marketing campaigns.
The marketer must be able to communicate strongly with the team in order to understand potential events or changes that are occurring and document them within the brand's social media presence accordingly. The marketer must also be able to communicate with members in the local community in order to expand partnership, form sponsorships and maintain current relationships to hence allow the business to become more prevalent within the Bankstown and surrounding area.
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information such as budget spreadsheets
Writing reports, company brochures and similar documents
Organising and hosting presentations and customer visits
Assisting with promotional activities
Visiting customers/external agencies
Helping to organise market research.
Good time management
The ability to build a rapport with patients from a variety of backgrounds and communicate with their relatives and carers
Tolerance and patience
Promoting a culture of safety within the clinic.
Skills and experience
Must be comfortable across all social media platforms
Think outside the box and be creative and enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
Have the ability to work to strict time frames and multi-task
Must be confident to take on daily tasks without supervision
Good interpersonal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail
The ability to adapt
Proficient in MS office, Canva and the ability to edit videos
