Office Assistant

Squadra Bespoke is looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our small yet effective team. We are an Bespoke automotive consulting business dealing with various top tier clientele.

Duties include;

  • Accounts payables, accounts receivables
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Answering client calls and providing support to clients either via email or telephone
  • Personal assistant support to the Managing Director & Administration Manager
  • Stationary Stock Control and Ordering
  • Coffee/Tea Runs
  • Managing client relations & job booking
  • Running errands

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Previous experience in an office environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and polite telephone manner is crucial.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal.
  • Ability to liaise with clients on a day to day basis
  • Able to multitask and manage time.
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Interest in cars is an advantage 
  • Drivers licence is a must
