A typical day in the life of Reposit's technical support agents includes helping customers realise their dreams of energy independence, and giving them the joy of experiencing their Reposit system for the first time. As new Reposit systems are installed all around Australia you will get to get to work with our network of professional solar installers to help identify issues, solve problems, and get our customers systems operational.
Technical Support Agents get daily and fast-paced exposure to:
Solar Installers and Electricians installing and configuring the latest renewable energy technology.
Solar and electricity storage inverter behaviour
Industrial control protocols
Electricity metering theory and behaviour
The ideal candidate in the role will have:
A thirst for knowledge, and a passion for making a difference in energy via outstanding customer service.
Highly developed interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
Ability to identify and diagnose issues quickly by applying critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and tasks at once.
Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities, whilst maintaining a good attention to detail.
Previous experience with queue-based ticket management systems (we use Zendesk) is desired but not mandatory.
