Business Development Manager - Commercial Furniture

Highly regarded furniture manufacturer that specialise in commercial projects. They sell through multiple channels including furniture manufacturers and dealers, end users, the A&D community, specifiers and influencers.

Reporting to the NSM, you will have significant authority, responsibility and autonomy, working independently but within a tight knit sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow, develop and maintain existing relationships
  • Network within the A&D community to promote brand awareness 
  • Understand clients' business priorities, focus, and strategies
  • Identify trends within the market to forecast projects
  • Maintain accurate client data

Skills & Experience

  • Existing relationships with A&D specifiers, D&C and office fit out contractors 
  • Expertise in pursuing decision makers within corporate & government end users
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial design market
  • Need to be a highly self-motivated BDM
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Previous experience in a similar role
