About the business and the role
Endeavour Air Conditioning is a well established professional air conditioning company who have been servicing our clients needs for over 30 years. Our work includes commercial, residential and service/maintenance. We have a very proficient team and offer an excellent opportunity for a motivated, well organised, practical and reliable person to grow into our expanding residential sales team.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This is not a typical sales position, it's hands-on. You will be involved in all aspects of delivering a quality installation to our clients. Building knowledge or an electrical background would be an advantage. You will, ideally, be a technician with a solid, successful background in Sales in the air conditioning or a related industry.
You must be willing to understand and contribute to all aspects of air conditioning sales, quoting, admin, site inspections, project management and coordination of technicians.
Skills and experience
Successful applicant will have:
Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
Knowledge in air conditioning industry
Experience in measuring and quoting in customer homes
Knowledge in WHS policy and procedure
Excellent Communication skills and a can-do attitude
Strong customer focus
Ability to both be proactive and follow instructions as required
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure
Leads will be provided, also seeking your own opportunities is encouraged
