Stone3 is a well-established, boutique tile company located in Morningside, Brisbane. We are a proud family owned and operated company. We supply tiles and flooring products to builders, developers, designers and the general public. We are known for our impressive range, service and competitive pricing.
As Stone3 is moving to a bigger and better showroom, we looking for a suitable candidate to manage the administrational and sales duties. We are seeking a forward thinking, like minded and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team; a person who can work well with different personalities and can grow with the business.
The role will include, but not limited to;
Assisting customers with the selection and purchase of tiles
Preparing and processing quotes, orders, invoices and payments; using XERO
Processing accounts payable and receivable; using XERO
Dealing with suppliers; checking stock availability and pricing
Coordinating deliveries locally and interstate in conjunction with suppliers, to client
We are seeking a team member who will ideally have:
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Confident, honest, reliable and highly-motivated
Have a passion for retail sales
Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to multi task
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
Accounting software experience, e.g. Xero.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in a similar role encompassing sales, administration and accounts
Beneficial skills, however not essential:
Experience in the tile industry
Experience in interior design
A remuneration package comprising of salary plus superannuation will reflect your experience and suitability to the position.
